ABOUT ANDREW OGBONNA FOUNDATION

THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE FOUNDATION

The President of the Foundation is Mr. Azubuike
Chikwendu, AO’s oldest surviving son and head of
family. The Board of Trustees of the Chief Andrew
Ogbonna Foundation is made up of 10 eminent persons
consisting of 8 men and two women selected from across
Nigeria who are accomplished individuals in their own
respective rights. The board is chaired by a retired
Justice of the Imo State Judiciary who is also the first
son-in-law of AO married to his first daughter Dr.(Mrs,)
Joy Nzenwanyi Njemanze, a retired permanent secretary
in Imo State.

The President of the Foundation is Mr. Azubuike Chikwendu, AO's oldest surviving son and head of family.
Barrister Chinedum Isigwuzoro Amanamba
Secretary
He is an astute legal practitioner who has majored in litigation, corporate and commercial practices, probate services and general consultancy practice. With garnered experience, he established his law firm Amanamba & Co in July 2014.

Kingston Chikwendu currently a member of the scal and legal team of the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA) Implementation Working Group, is a highly skilled, experienced, effective, and accomplished lawyer with over 20 years of successful career in the private and public Sectors in Nigeria working in various capacity as a highly competent lawyer.
Mrs. Udodirim-Felix Christiana Onwunali

Mrs Udodirim Christiana Felix Onwunali, a director in the Abia State Civil service one of the youngest daughters of AO has held various senior positions within the Civil Servant Structure in Abia State before rising to her current position of Director in the Ministry of Local government Affairs.

MD/CEO Trained in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, Mrs. Veronica Folorunso is a seasoned technocrat with years of experience and proven expertise in corporate finance, business development, oil and gas consulting amongst others.

Osten is a Fellow and Country Chairman of the Energy Institute in Nigeria, Osten is uniquely blessed and opportuned to have performed at executive roles across the three main domains of the oil and gas industry - Policy, Regulatory as well as Commercial Operations.

Ferdinand Agu brings on board, about 40 years of diverse experiences as an architect, housing developer, public servant and director in several companies.
Mr. Agochukwu Nzekwe Chikwendu

Agochukwu Nzekwe Chikwendu, an achitect and is also the third son of AO.
Mr. Kofoworola Olagunju

Kofo has over 20 years work experience in finance and oil and gas, 13 of which have been spent in various capacities in the upstream oil and gas subsector of the energy industry.
Dr. Nuhu Habib

Dr Nuhu Habib is currently a Senior Special Assistant to the President on Natural Resources and recently appointed as Executive Commissioner, Development and Production in the Nigeria Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission. He is a petroleum geologist, energy economist and international energy policy specialist with over 22 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
